1. Apply to Mentor

  • Fill out a quick application form (takes <5 mins).
  • We review your expertise, experience, and mentoring style.
  • You’ll hear back from us within 7 days with next steps.

2. Get Matched with a Mentee

  • Based on your skills, availability, and preferences, we pair you with a motivated youth (ages 16-25).
  • You’ll receive their background, goals, and learning level.
  • Option to review and accept the match before starting.

3. Start Mentoring (Your Way!)

✅ Flexible Formats:

  • 1-on-1 Sessions (Virtual or in-person)
  • Group Workshops (Lead small cohorts)
  • Project-Based Guidance (Help with AI portfolios, hackathons, etc.)

✅ Suggested Commitment:

  • 3-6 months (adjustable based on your schedule).
  • 1-2 hours per week (or customize your involvement).

✅ Support from Us:

  • Resources (lesson plans, AI project ideas).
  • Training/webinars on effective mentoring.
  • A dedicated coordinator for questions.
