We’re not just teaching skills—we’re unlocking opportunities for an entire generation that could be left behind by both traditional education systems and the fast pace of global tech.
Our focus on AI-powered digital marketing — and the wider spectrum of AI skills — is rooted in the massive opportunities they unlock.
Today, less than 10% of youth in developing countries have digital skills, yet the world urgently needs to retrain over a billion workers in the next decade.
By equipping Kenyan youth with future-proof skills like AI-aligned online marketing, AI chatbot design, machine learning, and AI agents building, we position them to close this global skills gap while building meaningful livelihoods.
But this isn’t only about jobs — it’s about job creation.
With 1.2 billion young people entering the workforce globally against only 420 million new jobs (according to the World bank), the future belongs to those who can create work for themselves and others.
That’s why we really emphasize AI-powered entrepreneurship: training youth to launch scalable AI businesses, solve uniquely Kenyan challenges, and generate local employment.
Our programs go beyond training. We connect young people to financing, mentorship, and global networks, transforming skills into sustainable enterprises.
By aligning our curriculum with Kenya’s job-rich sectors — from sustainable agriculture and renewable energy, to agribusiness, healthcare, and tourism — we ensure our graduates can apply AI in ways that drive inclusive national growth.
At the same time, we prepare them for the $1T+ global gig economy by teaching AI-enabled freelancing on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, while opening pathways into emerging high-demand careers such as AI engineering, MLOps, data ethics, automation, and AI product design.
These roles are already shaping the global workforce, and Kenyan youth can seize them.
And we never forget the human side. Alongside technical mastery, we nurture creativity, teamwork, communication, curiosity, and empathy — the soft skills that make our graduates not just employable, but adaptable and impactful in any environment.
Ultimately, our mission positions Kenya as a global case study in how scalable, low-cost AI training can transform a looming youth unemployment crisis into a wave of innovation, enterprise, and prosperity — not in theory, but in practice: by turning today’s youth into tomorrow’s earners, entrepreneurs, and innovators.
