Each youth becomes a paid “AI service provider” in their neighborhood.

Target: Teens, school leavers, and confused youth (16–22)

  • Learn with AI (ChatGPT for revision, tutoring, upskilling)

Participants start earning online within weeks by offering services like academic help, content writing, and virtual assistance using AI tools.

They gain direction, confidence, and financial independence — shifting from idle youth to income-earning digital workers.

🛠️ 3. AI Prep for Skilled Trades (JuaKali) and TVET Students

Target: Artisans, informal workers, jua kali youth, youths in TVETs

Target: Creatives, influencers, digital artists, photographers, videographers

5. AI Program for Community Journalism & Content Creation

We train youth to tell community stories using AI tools:

  • Generate news articles, videos, infographics
  • Launch blogs, YouTube channels, or newsletters
  • Monetize local stories through digital media

Opportunity:
Trainees can:

  • Earn through Google AdSense and affiliate marketing
  • Attract sponsorships and partnerships
  • Build media brands and sell storytelling services to local businesses

💡 6. AI 360-degrees Entrepreneurship (ai-preneurship) Project

Target: Entrepreneurial youth and early-stage founders
📘 What’s Included:

  • Dropservicing with AI (CVs, logos, linkedin Profiles Optimization)
  • WhatsApp & Facebook marketing with bots
  • Ecommerce Setup (Shopify + AI tools)- start full estores such as Jumia but target underserved markets (very niche focused)
  • AI Business Ideas & Product Creation including creating and deploying AI agents.

Youth launch real AI-powered microbusinesses in just weeks — some making Kshs. 10K–100K per month.

A single mother can build an online CV shop; a duo can run a local AI eBook store.

It changes survival-mode hustling into structured aipreneurship with scalable profits (They can ultimately create jobs for peers and offer new solutions to local markets)

🌍 7. AI Program for Social Impact

Target: Youth passionate about change and impact (and interested in learning how to use AI to solve everyday problems in their communities)

  • AI for Farming & Agribusiness
  • Translating Government Services into local dialects(Guides)
  • Using transcription + AI to preserve oral stories, songs, or proverbs.
  • Using AI to digitize church, SACCO, or chama records.

Also they learn how to:

  • Use AI tools to design low-cost irrigation systems.
  • Train AI to optimize boda boda routes or inventory in small shops.
  • Translate local knowledge into digital formats with tools like Whisper and ChatGPT.
  • Build community SMS/WhatsApp bots where people report local issues such as blackouts, floods, broken roads, or unrest
  • Use AI to Create community websites or WhatsApp newsletters summarizing events and announcements

✅ Outcome (Income + Life Change):
Youth start earning by offering AI support to farms, community organizations or CBOs and social groups (e.g., WhatsApp helplines, explainer chatbots). Others offer translation and transcription services.

Others could build parenting info bots that guide new parents on feeding, immunization, etc.

It turns changemakers into paid digital leaders with local impact.

🎓 8. AI Technical Skills Bootcamp

Target: Tech-inclined young adults

Our Approach & Vision

We aim to train 300-1000 youths annually, equipping each one with practical, income-generating AI skills. But we won’t stop there.

Each of our 10,000 graduates will mentor and train 10 others — growing into a powerful network of over 100,000 youth mentors.

Together, they’ll spark a nationwide movement, reaching and impacting over 1 million Kenyan youths in just a few years.

We’re not just training for today — we’re building Kenya’s next generation of AI-powered leaders, entrepreneurs (including techpreneurs), and digital workers.
