Our first outcome is create jobs in that directly result in incomes for young people in Kenya (We plan to duplicate the same in other African countries as our programs mature)

How We Create Real Jobs in AI

1. Direct Skills → Immediate Income

We train youths in AI-powered digital marketing—a skill with instant freelance demand:

  • Global gigs: Graduates land remote jobs on platforms like Upwork/Fiverr (e.g. We are going to get results such as “I’m earning $500/month creating AI ads for U.S. businesses” from our trainees.).
  • Local businesses: Kenyan SMEs hire them for social media management (e.g., We’re looking forward to featuring story such as “Nyeri bakery doubles sales with AI-trained marketer” in our newsletter).

2. High-Demand AI Specializations

Our AI technical skills bootcamps teach niche skills businesses and individual entrepreneurs desperately need:

  • Prompt Engineering: Optimizing prompts for clients to get the best output (pay is per project or hour).
  • AI Model Training: Labeling data for tech firms((pay is per hour).
  • AI App Development: Create AI-powered applications(pay is per project)

3. Entrepreneurship Pipeline

We push graduates to launch businesses that employ others:

  • AI Marketing Agencies (e.g., 3 graduates can team up to start an AI focused digital marketing agency, and later employ 5 staff).
  • AI Automation Agency (e.g., A trainee is inspired to start an AI automation business that specializes in Automating Customer Service, Appointment Booking, and Lead Generation with AI Call Assistants).

4. Corporate Partnerships = Guaranteed Jobs

We partner with:

  • Digital marketing agencies (these will hire our graduates for client projects).
  • Tech hubs (these will help to place top talent in startups).
  • County governments (these will offer internships to some of our graduates including in SME support programs).

The Ripple Effect

For every 100 youths trained, we hope to have:

  • 60 secure freelance/client work.
  • 20 start businesses (creating 2–5 jobs each).
  • 10 advance to higher-paying AI roles (AI Development, UX design, AI Agents building).
